Word Ball
Be warned this is seriously addictive!

I have a confession to make... I've been playing this game for hours and apart from the lack of sleep and the wish that LXASDASRDREADPLOP was actually a word (the lack of sleep does explain this a little) I have had some of the most serious fun in a long time.

Word Ball is definitely going to appeal to anyone who likes to test their word skills and reactions in equal measures. I grew up on playing games like Scrabble, Crosswords and the like so this to me feels almost second nature. The element of real challenge, much like all wordsearch games comes from the challenge of beating the clock and racing to use as many letters as possible to prevent them from being removed from play.

The colourful and clear graphics make this game a joy to behold and although having the letters jumble up in front of your eyes does make you feel a little disorientated it also helps to reveal words that you may otherwise have overlooked.

So if you enjoy wordplay games, fancy your chances at creating chains of words and generally want to improve your vocabulary (or just try your luck using more and more elaborate letter combos) then this will undoubtedly make this game as addictive as popping bubble-wrap and just as satisfying! A definite addition for anyone's collection - and don't tell the kids, but it could be a little educational as well!

Positives
Totally addictive
Colourful and clear display
Three game modes to keep you challenged
Entertaining and educational

Negatives
The rearrangement of letters can leave you cross eyed
The letters can move a little too fast at times (and when they shrink it makes it even worse to tap)
A hint option to help locate words for younger/inexperienced players would help
